3 Individual Bottom Hot Air Zone 390kg Solder Pot Capacity Automatic Dip Wave Soldering Machine
1.A new streamline design replaces a conventional right-angled exterior. And the design is based on mechanical aesthetics and practicability, making the maintenance an easy job.
2.PLC controller, PC and on-line UPS form a stable,safe and efficient controlling system.
3.The software has the functions like PCB counting, temperature setting and editing, PCB parameter menu, and profile testing, alarms and muti-languages conversion. In the meanwhile, the software has make a lots effect about the safety issues just like wave motor running safe temperature etc.
4.The one-week timer will provide a amazing function for customer. The operator can edit his work schedule for this wave solder machine weekly. And the machine can turn on automatically to melt the solder before operator come to work. When it's time to work, the solder has been melt and everything is ready. It will save about 1.5 hours for customer everyday.
5.The specially designed guiding rail reduce the deformation caused by heat; After two years working you only need to change the cooper bars instead of change the whole conveyor rails.
6. Sprayer droved by stepper motor , the speed can be set on PC. The moving and stopping time will be set in a more precious way.
7. The sprayer is made in Japan; it provides perfect atomization performance of the flux.
8. Adding flux automatically, there are two sensors on flux tank. When flux is lower than limit,it will switch on the pump to feed flux in automatically. Operator just need to put the whole barrel flux into the flux tank, meanwhile put the sucking tube into the barrel.
9. Forced air convection preheat zone control by temperature controller in PID model. The preheat zone will provide enough uniform heat for the PCB.
10.3 individual bottom hot air zone and third upper hot air zone optional, this configuration will provide the greatest preheating effect for soldering.
11. Adopt cast iron heater for the solder pot, it's mounted outside of the solder pot. This new assembling way will prolong the life of the solder pot.
12. Dual wave solder. Both wave heights are controlled by transducer. Changing the wave height via adjusting the frequency of power.
13. Solder pot is made of 3mm thickness Ti material. Long life warranty.

Process introduction:
The PCBs which are inserted and mounted with components and need soldering will be sent to the chain conveyer system by motor-driven buffer conveyer at the feeding end of the wave-soldering system continuously and automatically and then all the processes will be performed one by one, which include flux spraying, preheating, wave-soldering and cooling. After that, the soldered PCBs will be sent out of the soldering system by chain conveyer.
Precautions:
1. Flux and diluting agent should be replenished regularly. Due to uneven evaporation of flux's compositions, flux's specific gravity should be checked regularly and maintained at its best value of 0.83.
2. Usually, all the flux should be replaced within 15-30 days but it depends on its deterioration.
3. Nozzle should be cleaned everyday after shift ends by unscrewing the nozzle nut and dipping in into the alcohol case to prevent too much dirt from staying there. When cleaning the nozzle, try your best not to impact and damage it.
4. Check the sensor regularly if too much dirt stays there.
5. The two flow adjusting valves to control spray, after being adjusted properly, should not be changed casually. No workers who are not dedicated to operating this machine are allowed to operate it to avoid any bad spraying.
6. The sensor before the spray gun is to detect the PCBs. So PCBs should be conveyed by chain claws automatically into the machine and not be pulled by hand lest that any foreign object (such as hand) activates sensor.
7. Clear any collected water in air filter.
8. When adjusting spray, transparent plastic board may be used to check the spray effect.
9. Filter should be cleaned 1 ~3 times every day.
(3) Check the temperature of PCBs' bottom side regularly to ensure the best soldering effect.
(4) Check regularly if the cables are aged to prevent electricity interruption.
